Order Processing Time All items are handcrafted to order. Processing time is 3–7 business days (excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on orders over $59.99 (all destinations)
  • Standard shipping rates apply at checkout based on destination

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. UK orders: VAT is collected at checkout for orders under £135. EU orders: local VAT regulations apply.

Order Tracking A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at csomall@csomall.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels lost or returned due to incorrect addresses. Re-shipping fees may apply.
